Features: Just some of our favorites: Baked Crab Dip - Our savory au gratin dip topped with a generous pile of lump crab, served with toasted garlic pita points; Stuffed Portabella Mushroom Cap - A huge portabella cap topped with seasoned shrimp, homemade bread crumbs and white cheddar. Baked in butter, garlic and white wine; Chicken Caesar Wrap - Roasted chicken breast wrapped with tomatoes, romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, provolone and Caesar dressing; Carolina Crab Cake Sandwich - A special blend of all-lump crab and bay seasonings broiled to perfection and topped with our creamy au gratin sauce; Low Country Shrimp & Grits - A regional favorite! Shrimp sauteed with peppers, tomatoes, onions, black beans and Creole spices. Finished with cream and served over parmesan polenta and toast points; Fish Du Jour - The freshest local catch of the day artfully prepared with an ever changing palette of innovation and tradition; Grilled Ribeye - 12oz. of Angus beef grilled to perfection and topped with our signature herbed butter; Grilled Duck - Succulent grilled farm-fed breast served medium with a raspberry-garlic glaze; Eggplant Napolean - Roasted eggplant and seasonal vegetables layered with marinara sauce and select cheeses. The menu, an amalgam of cuisines from around the world, is arguably the most unusual on the Outer Banks. On any given day, Full Moon customers dine on Hungarian Mushroom Soup, Baked Brie with Almonds and Apples, Baked Rockfish Fresh from the Roanoke Sound, Cuban
Black Beans and Rice, as well as fresh seafood and Angus beef, and much, much more.

The food is diverse, intriguing, delicious, incredibly fresh, and never, ever boring.
